With two years of experience as a web developer, I craft clean, scalable code that delivers responsive, accessible websites designed to optimize functionality and usability.
I am a U.S. Air Force Veteran and Senior IT professional with 20 years of real-world experience keeping networks secure, systems running, and missions on track.
I've led network security for 12,000+ machines across 40 control centers, restored encrypted communications in the field with TACLANE and Cisco gear, and troubleshot global video Teleconferencing for General Dynamics IT. That experience taught me how to think three steps ahead, solve problems fast, and deliver when the pressure is on.
Now I'm bringing that same discipline and strategic mindset to web development. With my freshly-earned BS in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University (Dean's List) and two years of front-end work, I build clean, responsive, accessible websites that perform as reliably as the networks I used to protect.
I code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, design layouts in Adobe CC and Figma, and make sure every site I touch is responsive and user-friendly on any device.
My experience spans across system administration, network infrastructure and administration, boundary protection, and operating system applications.
When I'm not coding, I am a proud Mother of three teenagers. We love diving into the latest tech together by trying out new apps, video games, AI tools, and even exploring virtual worlds with VR headsets! Then we unplug, step out of the digital realm and head to the backyard to get our hands dirty with real-world creativity: woodworking projects like building a custom outdoor bench, planter boxes, or whatever interesting idea my kids dream up next.
