How do I register for classes?

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $35 registration fee per dancer each year.
What is classroom etiquette?
- Dancers and Teachers show kindness, listen carefully, and try their best every class.
- Dancers and Teachers use words that are respectful and encouraging—no potty talk or silly jokes/actions that distract others.
- The studio is a place to learn, have fun, and help everyone feel safe and included.
- Respect the space, your teacher, and each other. Come prepared, listen actively, and give your best effort.
- Celebrate progress— for you and others. Stay positive, stay kind, and always leave the studio better than you found it—inside and out.
- Let's dance with happy hearts, good manners and JOY!
Tuition
How does tuition work?
Tuition is an annual fee broken down into 10 equal installments, August - May of each dance year.
Late enrollments are not prorated.
Shorter months are not prorated, nor are you charged extra fees for longer months.
Summer is billed on June 16th and July 16th as it is a special 8 week ssession.
Contact us to inquire about Military or Foster Care discounts.
What are the tuition fees?

- Each class over 7 total classes is charged at a rate of $20/class.
- Our tuition schedule includes an automatic multi-class and sibling discount, as the class count is calculated per family and the price per class reduces when more classes are taken.

When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on either the 1st of the month or the first day of classes when a new dance season starts.
How do I pay my tuition fees?
We now require all families to enroll in AutoPay in the portal or with lobby staff so tuition fees are made automatically without convenience fees. Please email us with any questions
Cash or check payments can be made in the Lobby if pre-paying or carrying a credit balance.
Dance Attire & Dress Code
Where do I order dance attire?
Dance shoes can be sized and purchased at Dance Tampa, On Your Toes, or online distributors.

DSP Leotard Store FrontDon't have the required items on hand? For trial classes, leggings and a comfortable t-shirt are also options. Please have hair pulled back and secure. Also, please bring a water bottle labeled with your dancer's name on it.

Introductory: Combo & Creative Movement
Combo
Attire: Yellow tank top leotard with attached yellow skirt and skin-toned tights
Shoes: Skin-toned canvas Ballet shoes, flat Tan or Skin toned Tap shoes, black Grip socks
Hair: in a bun or ponytail
Creative Movement
Attire: yellow cap sleeve leotard with yellow wrap skirt and skin-toned tights

Beginner: 0-2 Years Experience
All dancers wear a Mulberry cap sleeve leotard and skin-toned tights unless noted.
BALLET
Bottoms: Black wrap skirt (optional)

LYRICAL
