SMC Construction, LLC is a residential maintenance, repair, and remodel business. The owner, Scott Cash, was born and raised in Tampa, FL, and has been working in the business for more than 20 years. He uses the experience and knowledge he has gained over the years to ensure that jobs are done correctly and clients are fully satisfied with the work that has been done. He is hands-on and ensures the highest quality of workmanship on every job.

SMC Construction has been working with many of its current clients since its start up and Scott has long standing relationships with many clients since before starting his business.

Scott prides himself with honesty and integrity while striving to bring excellent workmanship and complete satisfaction to each client. He believes that establishing good relationships and communication with each client is the foundation to his business. He believes in creating relationships, not just clients.

He is very experienced in many aspects of residential homes and the repairs needed to keep them maintained. He will provide references upon your request and most references will respond the same day.
